The University is pleased to offer on-Grounds dorm accommodations to guests who are visiting UVA for Graduation Weekend, Reunions Weekend, summer internships, or other programs and conferences that are offering housing to participants.

• If you've already created a Conferences@UVA Portal account, please select "Login" in the orange navigation bar above.

• If this is your first time visiting the Conferences@UVA Portal, please select "Create Account" in the orange navigation bar above.

For Event Organizers:

During the summer months, UVA hosts visitors of all ages attending a variety of educational programs. Conferences@UVA is available to assist you with planning your program's stay on Grounds. To begin, select Conference Planning Request in the orange navigation bar above.
